A couple of days ago, I celebrated the first year anniversary of “My Table of Three”! I simple can not believe it has been one year today since I began this blog. In some ways, it feel like just yesterday and in others I feel like I have been here sharing my recipes and quirky ramblings with you guys for ages. Yes, I can ramble on a bit if I haven’t had enough coffee! I am a home school mom after all, we live on coffee…and prayer!
You guys are amazing and your kind words and support motivate me to keep sharing even when I am working on new recipe ideas and I doubt myself. Oh my word friends, have you seen how many recipes are on Pinterest…new and fresh ideas are not easy,ha. But, hearing from you guys after you have made one of my recipes makes me feel so blessed. I want to be better in the kitchen, on my journey and on the blog!
It is because of your support over the last year that I wanted to have my first give away as a token of my appreciation. Unfortunately, it is only open to residents of the United States, so sorry to my outside readers.
What’s in the prize pack?
- Ginger Juice: my favorite way to add ginger to my Good Girl Moonshine and a lot of my Asian inspired recipes.
- Pink Himalayan Salt: I love this salt!
- Chipotle Sea Salt Blend: this salt adds great flavor to your favorite proteins. I love it on steaks and grilled chicken!
- Oolong Tea: this is the brand I love to use in my THM “Shrinker” drink.
- Candles: I love burning candles and I have added a Cranberry Orange Scone and Caramel Apple to the basket because they smell wonderful and are reminiscent of fall!
- Naomi’s Gift: this is one of my favorite holiday stories. It is a lovely Amish Fiction story. If you have never read any of Amy Clipston’s books I would highly recommend them. She has a way of making her characters come alive on the pages.

I am a southern girl through and through that loves to laugh, cook, read and spend time with family. My passions outside of home schooling my son are ministering to those in need and creating art in the kitchen! Every day is an adventure in our little house and I wouldn’t trade it or the chance to share here with you for anything!

Sorry for the confusion Jan. I believe the blanks your are speaking of are just your “id” on that particular social platform. Like on Pinterest mine is “My Table of Three”. No worries though, thank you for telling me how you enjoyed the Taco Ring!
