Holidays hold so many cherished memories and family tradition for me, and here in the south many of those memories were always shared around food. You guys know how that is right?

I bet all of us can look back to our childhoods and name a special dish or sweet treat that our mother or grandmother always made for us around the holidays.

As I have gotten older, I have started traditions of my own and one of those is hosting holiday parties for friends and family. I love to cook and entertain among all the holiday decorations and jolly laughter.

Since we are eating a healthier lifestyle now, many of those carb and sugar loaded foods from past parties may be out, but thankfully there are some great recipes out there that will work well with our low carb or THM eating plans!

So many recipes in fact that it was tough for me to just pick 45 to share with you. Thankfully, with the list of party food you can still enjoy your holiday traditions and make new memories around these healthier version of some favorites!
